Papa’s kitchen
Nearly 75 years ago in Alicante, Papa grew up watching his mother Emilia cook — one of Spain's first female chefs. Her recipes, discipline, and love still shape every dish.
Papa finds his calling
Out of three sons, Papa was the one who carried it forward. His path through Connecticut and New York made the kitchen feel less like work and more like home.
The Delray Beach chapter
In 2008, the family brought those Spanish roots to Delray Beach's Pineapple Grove District. The room is lively, the food is scratch-made, and the welcome has never changed.
What still leads the table
Croquetas, gambas, sangria, and made-to-order paella with saffron rice — dishes Papa's kitchen built for passing and sharing.
The family keeps going
Papa and his daughter run the restaurant together with the same pride that started in Alicante. Fresh food, open doors, and Spanish hospitality that always feels personal.
