Inspired by his mother Emilia, a renowned chef, Papa has crafted a menu that celebrates authentic Spanish flavors—from savory tapas and signature sangrias to paellas and refreshing cocktails. We’re blessed to have been a part of the community in downtown Delray Beach.
Now, Papa & his daughter are taking Papa’s Tapas to the next level and continuing the legacy he has established.

From her kitchen to Connecticut and New York, Papa cultivated his love for cooking, owning several successful restaurants across South Florida. Today, Papa’s Tapas is a beloved local icon, cherished for our authentic recipes and inviting atmosphere. His favorite quote which his mother reminded him daily was “Never put off for tomorrow what you can do today.” Now in 2024, he is creating the next chapter in the Papa’s Tapas story with news of franchising across the United States & Internationally.
